Ironclad Scope LLC, doing business as IroncladScope ("IroncladScope," "we") provides an AI-assisted messaging, quoting, and scheduling service that contractors use to serve their customers. Contact: privacy@ironcladscope.com.
Contact details you provide (name, phone number, email, service address), the content of conversations with our service including text messages, photos, and videos you send, information about your service request and property relevant to quoting, scheduling selections, and technical data such as message delivery metadata.
To operate the service: understanding your request, preparing scopes and quotes, scheduling appointments, and keeping records of the work. To share your request with the contractor serving you. To improve the service, including quality review of conversations. We do not sell your personal information.
Conversations happen over SMS and MMS. By texting our numbers you consent to receive conversational messages about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information with the contractor handling your request, and with service providers who help us operate (hosting, telecommunications, and AI processing providers), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We disclose information if required by law.
We retain records as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at privacy@ironcladscope.com.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited and logged.
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We will post updates to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
